About Brianna

At Nutrition with Brianna, I help people create simple, sustainable health habits that work with their lifestyle. I’m all about progress, not perfection- guiding you through small, actionable changes to improve your body, mind, and soul. I believe in finding balance, not rigidity, and making health something you enjoy, not stress over. If you’re looking to heal from within and take control of your well-being without feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s create a health journey that works for you, and make it one that feels good, not forced.

For as long as I can remember, health challenges shaped my life. I dealt with allergies, skin issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, painful periods, fatigue, gut problems, and even ocular migraines. No matter where I turned, I could not find any real answers. I was only offered pharmaceuticals or over the counter medications. I wanted to know why my body was struggling, not just to mask the symptoms.

At the age of nineteen, everything changed. I discovered that nutrition could impact not just physical health but also emotional health. My friend introduced me to the unsettling truth about the food industry which led me to understand the role it played in my chronic health issues. The turning point came when the pain of my symptoms outweighed the convenience of unhealthy habits. I had no choice but to make a permanent lifestyle change. Change didn't happen overnight, but I saw improvements as I slowly adjusted my diet and lifestyle.

Through research, trial and error, and learning from others who had been through similar struggles, I discovered which foods triggered inflammation in my body. I used nutrition therapy, supplements, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes to nourish myself in a way that promoted healing. I wanted to share what I learned with others so they could do their best to prevent future health issues from affecting them and their loved ones.

That's why I started Nutrition with Brianna—to help others navigate their health journeys, find the root causes of their struggles, and reclaim their health through personalized nutrition and holistic support. To deepen my knowledge and better serve my clients, I returned to school. I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), equipping myself with the foundations to guide others on their health journeys.

With love,

Brianna
